Orders
Once you submit your order we will give you an order number. Acceptance of your order is on receipt of your payment, and we will contact you if there is any issue with your payment. If you do not want to order online, we are happy that you contact us and place your order by email or phone. If for any reason a product in your order is not available, we will contact you with an alternative.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within two weeks, and will let you know if we cannot do this for any reason. All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail First Class as standard. We do offer an Express delivery, but this is for postage only. If you need an item urgently, contact us to check whether we are able to help with this.
We cannot accept responsibility if orders are lost, stolen or arrive damaged in transit.
Postage
For all orders over £200, postage is free. Postage is also free on pet tags and funeral plates.
All other items cost £ 2.95 (Band A) or 4.95 (Band B) for Royal Mail First Class postage. If you require express delivery, an additional £ 4.95 is charged. Please add express delivery at checkout. Note that 'Express' is for delivery only, and it may still take up to two weeks to dispatch your order.
The postage rate is shown in the item description. If no postage rate is shown, the rate is Band B. If multiple Band A items are chosen, the Band B rate will apply after 3 items. If orders have multiple postage options, the highest rate will apply.
Our delivery options usually take 1 to 2 days to reach you once dispatched, however we cannot guarantee this.
Returns policy
Items may be returned within 7 days for a full refund or replacement. This does not apply to engraved or personalised items. Postage and packing charges will not be refunded.
